The Community Hub is delivered by a specialist team at the Booth Centre. Our team delivers support and advice to promote and sustain independent living in a holistic way. From 8:30am on weekdays, the Community Hub offers:
- Help with issues between you and your accommodation provider or landlord
- Support, advice and advocacy for people without a home
- Quality signposting and direct links into other specialist support agencies including health and wellbeing
- Direct access to a range of specialist Visiting Agencies, with no referral necessary (ask the team for schedule)
- Support, advice and advocacy to manage or maximise your finances
Who is this service for?
The Community Hub team can support anyone experiencing homelessness, are at risk of homelessness or are experiencing financial hardship.
How do you access this service?
We have an open door and no referral is necessary. Our Community Hub support is available from 8:30am each weekday.
