Partnership working is one of the Booth Centre’s core values and a driver behind everything we do. We believe lasting, positive change happens when organisations, communities and individuals work together with shared purpose, respect and understanding.

At the heart of our approach is collaboration. We work to inform, connect and develop partnerships that bring together first-hand experience, community insight and organisational expertise. By bridging the gap between our community and partners across the private, public and voluntary sectors, we create opportunities for shared learning, meaningful engagement and positive change.

The Booth Centre is proud to play an active and leading role across Greater Manchester. Through well established relationships and strategic engagement, we contribute insight and knowledge that supports the development of effective, person- centred services and a trauma informed approach.

Corporate and Private Sector Partnerships

Our corporate partners play a vital role in helping us create thriving communities. Through social value commitments, businesses support the Booth Centre with financial contributions, in-kind resources, employee volunteering and sponsorship.

These partnerships make a real difference, helping us to expand opportunities for our community while giving organisations meaningful ways to contribute to positive social change across Greater Manchester and meet their social value commitments.

Statutory and Public Sector Partnerships

We work closely with local authorities, including Manchester City Council and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority, alongside a wide range of voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) organisations.

Working collaboratively across the system helps ensure services are coordinated, effective and focused on long-term solutions. Together, we contribute to a stronger and more compassionate response to poverty and homelessness across the region.

What our partners say…

Partnership is about shared learning, trust and collective impact. Our partners bring expertise, resources and new perspectives that help strengthen the work we do.

“We have worked alongside the Booth Centre for many years, with aligned values and approaches to tackling homelessness in Manchester. Long may the great work they do continue, and long may our relationship endure.”

Elpida Theodorakakou, Shelter, Early Help Adult Navigator Service Team Leader

“Working with the Booth centre has been one of the best Charity relationships we have ever had. The relationship permeated the entire office culture. Staff members volunteered at the centre on a Tuesday, attended Booth Centre events and fundraised throughout the year. It felt like the Booth Centre was a part of our team!”

Abdul Ghalib Khan, Chair of the Charity Committee, Senior Manager, PwC Manchester

“The Booth Centre is a highly valued Manchester Work and Skills provider that strongly aligns with MCC priorities around inclusion, lived experience and tackling inequality. Their co‑production approach ensures resident voice is central to service design and delivery, alongside innovative, trauma‑informed and place‑based support that helps residents build confidence, develop skills and progress towards sustainable outcomes.”

Donna Lewis, Work & Skills Specialist, Manchester City Council
